I’m Hannah Marie Oliva
Marketing strategist and CEO, and I’ve been where you are.
After working with Fortune 500 companies and successful startups, I threw up a peace sign to the corporate world and started my own boutique marketing company.
Less than 10 months in, I had a 6-figure business in my lap. I was excited, proud...aaaand miserable.
I had started a business to find freedom and yet I was constantly drowning in tasks, exhausted, and burnt out. I knew something had to change.

Our 3 months together are broken down into 3 distinct phases:
PHASE 1:
Redifine
The identity shift you didn’t know you needed
What got you to where you are today, isn't going to get you to where you want to go next. In this phase, you'll take inventory of your current situation and learn how to see yourself in a bigger, bolder way. With our support, you'll get back into the driver’s seat as the visionary and CEO of your business.
You will:
✔ Create a bold vision for your business that other people want to get behind
✔ Take bold action to create much needed space in your business and life
✔ Define the exact lifestyle you want and create the space necessary to make that happen
✔ Develop a blueprint with actionable steps for aligning your life and business
✔ Understand what's truly needed to shift your mindset from overworked solopreneur to CEO of a thriving online business
PHASE 2:
Restructure
Create, organize, and scale with intention
Saying yes to everything is a recipe for burnout and frustration. In this phase, you’ll get crystal clear on your business offerings, build massive confidence in how you offer them, and set up systems that your team can rely on to scale.
You will:
✔ Revamp your product suite to be more in line with your overall vision
✔ Clarify and define the systems you'll use for organization and client delivery
✔ Set clear, realistic boundaries to protect your time and energy
✔ Unpack and systemize your internal business processes (onboarding, content creation, etc.)
✔ Find qualified people and integrate them into your team (even if it's your first team member!)
PHASE 3:
Reposition
Make your mark
Now that you’ve done the foundational work of redefining and restructuring your business, it’s time to put it into action! In this phase, you’ll learn how to position yourself as the authority in your space and build a dynamite marketing plan that turns passive followers into raving fans.
You will:
✔ Create a strategic marketing plan with magnetic messaging
✔ Market yourself and your revamped business in the light you want to be seen
✔ Define your guiding mission and vision statements
✔ Build out your marketing funnels
